Sea Sickness
- Many people take an over-the-counter medication like tablets, or patches that can be purchased at the grocery store or drug store. If taking seasick pill, we recommend taking one the night before your trip as well as 1-2 hours before your departure time.
- Other tips to combat seasickness include arriving sober and well-rested.
